Demolished an existing grocery store removing a concrete and steel mezzanine. Created a 32,000 square foot landlord vanilla shell. Built a new 162' custom mall front facade. Project included concrete tilt-up panel engineering, a new loading dock ramp, and a new sewer line to the building with a 15,000 gallon grease interceptor. Project was turned over on time and within budget in 2016.
Tenant improvement to renovate an existing grocery store into retail space for Marshalls department store. Coordinated with the National Design Team to meet store design standards inside and out.  Store opening was on time and within budget in 2016.
